Product outline (characteristics): FBS-1000 notebook battery tester is a complete notebook battery tester independently developed by our company with advanced technology, is the first portable battery integrity tester in the industry, with battery charging, discharge, automatic testing, battery aging, battery SBS data reading Battery pack, which supports all kinds of circuit schemes.

1, suitable for testing battery type: laptop battery.

2, the product is compact, easy to carry, beautiful in appearance and easy to operate.

3, it can be separated from the electricity market and can work independently from the computer.

4, it is a good helper for batch testing battery and aging battery pack.

5, meet the test requirements of 95% battery in the market.

Test steps

1. insert the 16V adapter or use the built-in battery, turn on the power switch, and LCD display into the standby interface.

2. Find the battery test terminal corresponding to the battery type, connect the battery under test, and connect the battery under test to the battery test port.

3. Charge test: After connecting the battery under test, press the Charge button (CHARGE), the battery starts charging, the discharge current default 0.7A, if you want to quit the battery charging state, and then press the charge switch, you will quit the battery charging state, when charging, you can see the current charging current and charging voltage related parameters, this The charging function is a complete charger that can charge the battery. Please return to the standby interface without using the charging function (or without battery connection).

4. Discharge test: After connecting the battery under test, press the power button (DISCHARGE), the battery begins to discharge, the discharge current default 1.6A, if you want to quit the battery discharge state, and then press the discharge switch, it will quit the battery discharge state, in the discharge, you can see the current discharge current and discharge voltage related parameters. Please return to the standby interface without using the discharge function (or without battery).

5. Battery auto-test, after connecting the battery under test, press the auto-test button (TEST), the battery starts auto-test, the auto-test items are as follows:

(a) Battery communication is normal, if normal, automatically enter the next test, otherwise the next test will be stopped and communication failure will be shown

(b) The reading of SBS data, if normal, automatically proceeds to the next test, otherwise the next test will be stopped and the reading data will fail

(c) FCC test, read the FCC values and cycle times, judge whether the battery capacity is normal, give qualified or not, if normal, automatically enter the next test, otherwise the next test will stop, and show whether the FCC is qualified?

Criteria:

If Cycle count<100, FCC >= (design capacity*1/3): capacity is qualified, otherwise the display is not qualified.

If 100= (design capacity*1/4): capacity is qualified, otherwise the display is not qualified.

If 200= (design capacity*1/5): capacity is qualified, otherwise the display is not qualified.

If Cycle count>500, FCC: the battery is qualified (more than 500 times the battery, indicating that it has exceeded the number of years).

(d) Temperature detection, reading the current temperature indicated by the battery is correct, if normal, automatically go to the next test, otherwise the next test will be stopped, and the temperature data shows an error.

Criteria:

-20?

Within this scope, if the temperature exceeds the temperature, it is not qualified.

If the temperature is beyond this range, the battery cannot be charged or discharged, possibly due to damage to the circuit or components.

(e) Voltage detection, reading whether the current voltage indicated by the battery is correct or not, if normal, automatically proceeds to the next test, otherwise the next test will be stopped and the voltage data will be displayed incorrectly.

Criteria:

Read the voltage of the battery and compare it with the voltage sampled by AD. If the error is less than 65507

(f) Charge test to check if the battery is charged properly, if normal, automatically enter the next test, otherwise the next test will be stopped and the charge failure will be shown.

Criteria:

Test charging flag location

Charging voltage > 4.15V, qualified (FCC > = 95%, at this time the battery may be close to full state, but can not charge)

Charge current >15mA, qualified, otherwise display unqualified.

(g) Discharge test to check whether the battery discharge is normal, if normal, automatically enter the next test, otherwise the next test will be stopped and the discharge failure will be shown.

Criteria:

Discharge Voltage <= Battery Series * 3V: Qualified (low battery voltage, under-voltage may lead to non-discharge), indicating that low voltage requires charging

Discharge current >=100mA: qualified or otherwise unqualified.

(h) Each of the following tests is normal and the battery test is shown to be successful. If one of the tests fails, the next test will not be conducted, indicating that one of the battery tests is not up to standard.

6. (PAGE) button: After the automatic test, you can view the battery's SBS information through the PAGE button, and then press (PAGE) to display the next page of information.

7. (LANUAGE) button: conversion for simplified Chinese or English.

8. (RESET) Button: If you find a machine crash or display scrambled code, press this button to reset, you can start again

9. Built-in battery life, the machine is out of power supply, for automatic test function, power supply for about 10 hours backup time

Product accessories

1 * BTS-10A

1 * Input adapter (AC85~260V, output 16.5V)

1 * Battery test connection line

27 * Battery test each type conversion connector

1 * USB data line

Matters needing attention

1. Do not connect the interface of the tested battery to the serial port of the computer (the same type).

2. Please return to the standby interface without using charge and discharge function or (without receiving the battery under test)

3. Connect back protection. When the battery is connected, the alarm sounds will indicate that the battery is connected back, and the battery must be connected correctly before it can be tested.
